By the by: if you are on Windows and press the control (CTRL) key plus the - (minus) key repeatedly you can shrink the image to see the whole thing. On a Mac' that would be the command key plus the - key (I think. I don't work on a Mac.)
On a Windows computer, If you press the control key plus zero (0), you return to original size. I assume it's the same on a Mac'.

In general I think the whole anime aesthetic is pure garbage but I am pretty close to liking this.

Hmmmm. I clicked on your avatar, and checked out your stuff. So good I subscribed. As for Manga style: I love it. Western comics are my bread and butter: I can't live without 'em. But different cultural aesthetics can only add to the depth. I love manga/anime. Check out anime. These are simply animation. Like the cartoons that run daily on our television. If you believe that Scooby Doo in any way, shape, or form competes in technical form with Naruto Shipuden, or most any other anime out there, then I'd have to say you're biased and mistaken. The fact is that American (television) animation can not compete with anime (Japanese television animation)...PERIOD. I'm American. But the facts are the facts. Have you really looked at anime from a technical standpoint?

I meant that as a compliment, it probably didn't come out that way.
As for anime, I like cowboy bebop a lot and can't really stand any of the rest from an art standpoint.
Spirited Away and the other Ghibli stuff is not too bad either.
Now that I think on it more, I am also a big Joe Madureira fan so it might not be fair to say I hate all "manga" stuff.
A lot of his stuff kinda goes that way and he is pretty great.

But yes in general the art is what I can't stand, from a technical standpoint. I would go as far as to say I prefer the art of scooby doo to, say, trigun or inuyasha or dragonball z, which i mention because they embody all i can't stand about that art style. Writing and production values are another matter of course.

Again, you do a good job of making this style palatable for me and I thank you for it and look forward to more in the future.

Production values aside, 'cause I'd honestly have to say that Scooby Doo doesn't have any, I think what I'm getting is that you're referring more to anatomical correctness to the human form. Eye size, leg lengths to torso, arms, etc. So I guess what it comes down to is personal likes. Which I can dig. I'm a Joe Mad' fan too. I also digz that Scooby Doo. Thanks for the compliment on my art, bro'.

I love 'Lou' (from now on, I'm calling our criminal duo 'Abbot & Costello')'s face on panel 4. He knows full well what's going to happen in the next panel and he's gonna enjoy it.
