In which I make it painfully obvious that I watched that one Mythbusters episode. Still, if a villain is to adapt, I'd much prefer it be in their strategy rather than getting some new power out of nowhere.
I know many of you are confused about the sudden disappearance of several pages. To be perfectly honest, I'm just as confused. A while ago, the whole of Once Stung disappeared off of my dropbox and my artist 40.oz went AWOL with comicfury indicating that they were the one to delete the pages. I've managed to recover most of the pages and re upload them, though a few are still missing. As of now, I have little explanation as to what's going on and my artist is not returning my messages so the future of the comic remains uncertain. Thank you all who stuck through this and I assure you, one way or another, Queen Bee's adventures will continue.
Hey everyone who's still here. Thanks so much for your patience. While I can't give any specific timeframe, I can tell you, new pages of Once Stung are being worked on and we should be able to resume Cynthia's story soon. In the meantime, I've started a new comic with more of a Anti-Hero bent. If you're at all interested, feel free to check it out: https://scorchedearth.thecomicseries.com/comics/first/#content-start
The piece of pykrete that stopped a rifle bullet in the experiments in World War II was a foot thick. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pykrete The piece that Cold Snap is holding appears to be two inches or less in thickness. I believe that Queen Bee has already punched her fist through tougher obstacles. A foot thick piece would be far more than six times as tough as a two inch slab. A few of the demonstrations that Mythbusters used to bust myths were laughably wrong.
Sorry about that. When my Engineering compulsion kicks in, I should really remember the words to the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 theme song. http://www.mst3kinfo.com/mstfaq/lyrics.html#1101

Thank you, that's always great to hear. I'm currently working to start another comic but after that's gotten going, I'm gonna try to find someone new to draw Once Stung and see if we can get it going again.
There, gotcha covered ;)
